I don’t see how changing the Wanderboy Wander Franco shirt name or not changing the name impacts anyone’s life.
We have a corrupt government at local, state, and federal levels…so corrupt in fact that it’s accepted and only acted upon when it becomes too blatant; failing infrastructure, and an environment that is being polluted daily.
But this…THIS is the hill I’ll die on. It seems there’s been no polls on Native American’s opinions on the Cleveland Indians for over a decade. Native Americans are rarely polled, which I find crazy. When they are polled, they’re often ignored. Often polls are redone because the results seem “wrong.” I truly hope the majority of Native Americans want the name changed, if that’s the case this move is awesome. If not, this is tragic.
